In this article the term of INCOTERMS 2000 (International Commerce Terms) unified by the UN is fully explained. The main purpose of the INCOTERMS is to provide a series of international rules for the interpretation of the most frequently used terms, so the uncertainty of the different interpretations of these terms in different countries has been reduced. Thanks to the INCOTERMS, controversies between Buyers and Sellers worldwide have been minimized.
